About the Delta New
Delta New is a compact ISA combination cabinet for gelato and pastry: an illuminated glass case with ventilated refrigeration, two hermetic compressors, hot-gas defrost and R290 natural refrigerant.
At 125 cm wide and 88 cm deep it suits cafes and small stores where a full-depth cabinet will not fit.
What makes the Delta New different
R290 dual-circuit refrigeration
The refrigeration unit runs on R290, a natural refrigerant, with a hermetic compressor and reverse-cycle defrost. ISA quotes 30% less vibration and noise than its R404A models and up to 10% lower energy use. Cyclopentane insulation performs about 20% better than conventional foam, which helps the cabinet hold climate class 7 (35 °C and 70% humidity).
