Can I make açaí in a soft serve machine? +
Yes. Our açaí soft serve mixes and paste are made for soft serve machines, and the Gelmatic Easy range is set up to serve açaí.
What is the difference between the açaí products? +
Acai Complete Soft Serve Mix is a complete mix used at 330 g per litre. Acai Soft Serve Mix is a powder mixed with water. Acai Paste is a paste for soft serve machines. Top Fruit Acai Sorbet Base flavours gelato, sorbet and frozen yoghurt.
What toppings go with açaí bowls? +
Fresh fruit and granola are the classics. Fruit sauces and crocks, such as strawberry, blueberry and wild berries, add colour and flavour fast.
Which machine should I use for açaí? +
For a dedicated açaí machine, the Gelmatic BC Easy 1 GR or HC Easy 1 GR. To serve açaí with a second flavour, the BC Easy 2 GR.
