Carpigiani Gelato University

Carpigiani Gelato University is the gelato school founded by Carpigiani in 2003 at its headquarters in Anzola dell’Emilia, near Bologna, Italy – home of the Carpigiani Gelato Museum. Its aim is simple: help people open successful gelato businesses and help existing shops reach true Italian gelato excellence, through hands-on campus courses, online courses, travelling faculty and custom training.

Majors Group is the official New Zealand importer of Carpigiani, with an Auckland showroom, warehouses and a team across New Zealand.
