An açaí paste for soft serve machines that gives a smooth, creamy result. Packed 2 × 4 kg per carton.

Powder for simple prep
The powder base only needs water, stores easily and is quick to batch for each service.
Paste for creaminess
The paste base is made for a smooth, creamy açaí soft serve.
Follow the dosage
Use the dosage on the pack and mix thoroughly so the base freezes evenly in the machine.
Rest and chill
Chill the prepared mix before filling the machine hopper for a faster, smoother freeze.

Acai Soft Serve Mix is a powder that you mix with water. Acai Paste is a ready paste designed for smooth, creamy açaí soft serve. Both are made for soft serve machines.
How are the açaí bases packed? +
Acai Soft Serve Mix comes in 2.5 kg packs. Acai Paste comes in 4 kg packs, two to a carton.
Can I use these bases for açaí bowls? +
