A 5 litre rectangular gelato tub measuring 360 x 165 x 120 mm, a common pan footprint for Italian-style showcases (SKU 300105).
Stainless Steel Square 5Lt
A 5 litre square tub in stainless steel: durable, hygienic and easy to clean (SKU 300108).

Getting the right tubs
Check the format
Measure an existing pan or check your cabinet’s specification: rectangular and square tubs are not interchangeable.
Count your flavours
You need at least one tub per flavour on display, plus spares for each flavour you rotate.
Plan the rotation
Keep a second set so a fresh batch can be filled and hardened while the display set is in service.
Look after them
Wash and dry tubs between batches and check for dents or damaged edges that make scooping harder.

Will these tubs fit my gelato cabinet? +
The rectangular tub is 360 x 165 x 120 mm. Check your cabinet’s pan size, or send us the make and model through our contact form and we will confirm the fit.
Why choose stainless steel? +
Stainless steel is durable and hygienic, and it stands up well to daily washing in a busy kitchen.
How many spare tubs should I keep? +
A simple rule is one tub per flavour in the cabinet plus at least one spare set, so the next batch can be filled while the current one is on display.
Do you supply other display accessories? +
Yes. We also supply cups and spoons and Silikomart moulds and display trays.
