About the 3D Show
3D Show is built to maximise the display appeal of artisan gelato. The front and sides of the case and the tubs themselves are transparent, so the product is on show in three dimensions from every angle.
It comes in two heights, 117 and 135 cm, and lengths of 120, 155, 170, 190 and 220 cm, all 110 cm deep, with Plus ventilation and optional canalised and Dual Temperature versions.
What makes the 3D Show different
Gelato that appears to float
Narrow steel side supports, transparent tubs and top-to-bottom LED lighting put the gelato on show from the front and both sides. The holders for the clear tubs make the product appear to float inside the case.
Double ventilation, on-board or remote
A high-performance on-board or remote condensing unit with double ventilation holds a constant, even temperature in every part of the case, which keeps energy use down. The worktop is Corian Glacier White or Black Fenix; the case can be channelled and lit from below, and is fully customisable.
Shorter defrost cycles
Automatic reverse-cycle defrost finishes in about half the time of a hot-gas cycle, so the surface of the gelato stays intact and the cabinet uses less energy. Pastry versions defrost by compressor stop. High-efficiency electronic condenser fans add to the saving.
Gelato in summer, pastry in winter
The optional Dual Temperature function switches the cabinet between gelato and pastry operating temperatures at the touch of a button. One cabinet changes with the season without taking more floor space. Stainless steel trays convert the well for pastry, and a glass shelf with 5700 K LED lighting is available on request.
