The machine allows for product variegation due to the presence of the pressurized syrup dispensing system. The machine has a pump feed system with a hopper capacity of 18 L. The machine is air-cooled (water cooling optionally available). With the automatic self-pasteurisation system, you can choose when to wash the machine and schedule the next washing at a maximum interval of 42 days.
