How to choose a floor-standing machine
Single or twin-twist
XVL 1 for one signature flavour; XVL 3 or Tre B P AV EVO for two flavours and a twist.
Set your texture and yield
Pump feed adds more air for a lighter texture and more servings from each litre; gravity feed is simpler to run and clean.
Plan the floor space
Allow for the machine footprint, clearance for airflow, and room for staff to fill hoppers and serve.
Check power and cooling
Confirm your power supply and whether air or water cooling suits the site before installation.
Train the team
We install and commission the machine and show staff how to set consistency, fill, serve and clean.

Finance options →Frequently asked questions
When should I choose a floor-standing soft serve machine? +
Choose a floor model when your peak hour is beyond what a countertop machine can serve, or when you want larger mix capacity and bench space kept free.
What is overrun and why does it matter? +
Overrun is the air whipped into the mix as it freezes. Higher overrun gives a lighter texture and more servings per litre. On XVL models, pump feed gives 40–80% overrun and gravity feed up to 40%.
What does the XVL 3 do that the XVL 1 does not? +
The XVL 3 has two independent cylinders, so you can serve two flavours and a twist, or two products with different consistencies at the same time.
Do you install floor-standing machines New Zealand-wide? +
Yes. We deliver, install and service machines across New Zealand from our Auckland and Christchurch bases.
Can I finance a floor-standing machine? +
Yes. We work with New Zealand finance partners, and finance is available for up to 100% of a new asset’s purchase price. See finance options.
