What can I make with it?

Is it easy to clean?
Yes. Rinse the tube and blade guard under the tap, then run the mixer in clear water for 3 seconds or more to clean inside the guard. Wipe the motor block with a damp cloth. Do not use a water jet or a dishwasher.
