About the Kaleido Pastry
Kaleido Pastry is the +1/+10 °C version of the Kaleido, with ventilated refrigeration and ISA’s Full Mode system that cools the individual shelves. It is built from steel and glass for constant technical reliability.
Two shelves, two heights (117 and 135 cm) and lengths of 120, 170 and 220 cm plus the AE45 corner cover most pastry counters. It can be channelled with other Kaleido cabinets.
What makes the Kaleido Pastry different
Compact, robust, two shelves
Kaleido Pastry has a 4-degree display surface for visibility, overhead LED strips on each shelf and two depth-adjustable shelves. The 60 mm CO2-blown insulation, Corian worktop and heated double glass are shared with the gelato version.
Full Mode cold-air distribution
In Full Mode, cold air is distributed through the whole display area, including the shelves. The operator switches between unrefrigerated and Full Mode with one button to match the day’s workload.
Baked goods at serving temperature
Shelves can be heated on request, with a simple on/off switch, so croissants and baked products can be displayed ready to serve.
Heated double glass
Heated double glass keeps the panes clear of condensation, and the aesthetic side panels are laminate with a lacquered lower section.
