About the Mito Winner 16 LX
Mito is an ISA gelato display cabinet with fan-ventilated refrigeration, an oversized horizontal finned evaporator and reverse-cycle defrost. The one-piece body has 60 mm of CO2-blown insulation.
It comes in 120, 170 and 220 cm lengths plus 120+50 and 170+50 Dual Zone versions, holding 12 to 24 pans, and is built to climate class 7.
What makes the Mito Winner 16 LX different
Stainless steel, aluminium and curved glass
The display base and service top are bright stainless steel with a powder-coated carbon steel rear panel and silver anodised aluminium supports. The curved, heated anti-fog front glass lifts on hydraulic pistons; methacrylate sliding doors close the operator side. The control board sits on the operator side with a digital thermometer in the well, set for -20/+2 °C.
Shorter defrost cycles
Automatic reverse-cycle defrost finishes in about half the time of a hot-gas cycle, so the surface of the gelato stays intact and the cabinet uses less energy. Pastry versions defrost by compressor stop. High-efficiency electronic condenser fans add to the saving.

Two temperatures in one cabinet
The combined 120+50 and 170+50 versions have two separate sections with independent temperatures, each with its own controller. The 50 cm module holds six tubs and can sit to the left or right of the operator. Sorbets and creamy flavours can be held at their own temperatures, or Sicilian granita displayed beside the gelato. Dual Zone is available with Plus ventilation only.
