About the Pentagram Alpha
Pentagram Alpha is a flat-display counter cabinet in the ISA Pentagram collection. It lines up visually with the rest of the Pentagram bar-counter range and suits fresh product, pastry, chocolate and beverages.
It is available plug-in or remote, in linear lengths from 100 to 200 cm in 25 cm steps, and as a 150 cm left or right end unit. The outside and the well can be customised in high-end materials.
What makes the Pentagram Alpha different
A continuous Solid Surface display
The flat display shows even small products well, on a continuous Solid Surface that can be customised on the outside and inside the well. Shelves adjust to three positions at a 20 mm pitch and take 60 x 40 cm trays (trays not supplied).
Ventilated chiller, chocolate chiller or hot plate
The ventilated chiller (TN RV) runs +4 to +8 °C with off-cycle defrost for fresh product, pastry and beverages. The chocolate chiller (TN RV CH) holds +14 to +16 °C with a humidity probe and control kit, aimed at keeping chocolate below 50% relative humidity. A dry heated version (TC S) has a ceramic hot plate adjustable up to 80 °C.
Glued extra-clear glass and sliding doors
Extra-clear glued glass with LED lighting and polycarbonate sliding doors on the operator side.
