The Giotto 12 series represents a next-generation single-flavour countertop soft-serve machine engineered for professional use in gelato parlours, yogurt bars, cafés and self-service venues. With advanced control and flexibility, the machine supports different viscosities, temperatures and overrun settings for a wide variety of frozen-dessert products.
Available in two feed-system formats:
GR (Gravity-fed): The mix drops by gravity into the freezing cylinder—simpler feed mechanism, ease of use.
PM (Pump-fed/Piston-pump): A piston-pump system feeds the cylinder, enabling higher overrun and greater productivity for high-volume demand.
Both versions include the full Giotto-series feature-set: compact countertop design, state-of-the-art touchscreen control (GTECH In.Co.Di.S 3.0), self-pasteurisation, portion-count tracking, remote monitoring capability, and upscale build/facade. Because of their shared design language, you get a consistent user experience across GR/PM feeds.
