Ready creamy mixes are complete powders: add milk or water, batch freeze, and you have a finished flavour. This range has 35 Rubicone ready mixes, from Ready Pistachio and Ready Hazelnut to Ready Chai Tea Latte, Ready Kefir and Black Hawaii, including vegan options. Many are also suitable for soft serve.

How to use ready creamy mixes
Check milk or water
Each mix says whether it is made up with milk or water. Water-based mixes, such as Ready Pistachio, keep prep simple.
Weigh and blend
Weigh the powder and liquid as shown on the pack and blend until smooth.
Freeze
Batch freeze for scooping gelato, or pour into a soft serve machine where the mix is listed for soft serve.
Personalise
Add a ripple sauce, crumble or nuts to make the flavour your own.
