Ready Banana Java Gelato Mix: a complete powder premix for vanilla-flavoured gelato with a natural blue colour from spirulina extract.
Banana Java is Rubicone’s own gelato flavour, inspired by Blue Java bananas, the tropical fruit with a blue peel and a delicate flavour similar to vanilla. This premix makes a vanilla-tasting gelato coloured naturally blue with spirulina seaweed extract.
Rubicone Ready Banana Java is made in Italy by Rubicone, crafting ingredients for gelato since 1959, and supplied locally by Majors Group.
