A base for well-structured sorbet that lifts fruit flavours and resists dripping, at 50 g per litre.
Pure Fruit Base 70
A 100% natural fruit base with no E-number additives that enhances fresh fruit, at 70 g per litre.
Lemon 50 & Vegetal Lemon 100
Lemon sorbet bases with stabilisers and flavourings. Vegetal Lemon 100 gives an extra-creamy lemon sorbet.
Ready Fruit 500
A complete fruit base: just add water and fresh fruit or fruit paste, at 500 g per litre.

Pure Fruit Base 70 is made without E-number additives, for a cleaner ingredient list.
Lemon made easy
Lemon 50 and Vegetal Lemon 100 include the lemon flavour, so you add sugar and water.

What does the number on a fruit base mean? +
It is the dose in grams per litre of mix, so Vegetalfruit 50 is used at 50 g per litre and Ready Fruit 500 at 500 g per litre.
Are fruit bases vegan? +
All five bases are marked gluten free, vegan and lactose free on their product pages.
Can I use a fruit base with frozen fruit? +
Yes. Fruit bases work with fresh, frozen or puréed fruit as well as fruit pastes. Adjust the sugar to suit the fruit.
