Count your flavours
Decide how many flavours you will show every day. That sets the number of pans and the cabinet length.
Ventilated or static
Ventilated refrigeration recovers faster and holds an even temperature in busy service; static suits smaller, quieter sites.
Curved or straight glass
Curved glass gives a classic, open view; straight glass gives a clean, modern line. Pick what suits your shop fit.
Space, power and access
Measure the counter run, door widths and power supply, and choose plug-in or remote refrigeration to suit the site.
Plan the whole display
Add gelato pans, lids and spatulas, and a blast freezer or storage freezer behind the counter for back-up stock.

What size gelato display cabinet do I need? +
Start with the number of flavours you want to show. Most cabinets are sized by pan count, so a 12-pan cabinet shows 12 flavours. We help you match the length to your counter and your menu.
What is the difference between ventilated and static refrigeration? +
Ventilated cabinets circulate cold air with fans for faster recovery and a more even temperature when the lid is often open. Static cabinets cool without fans and suit lower-volume sites.
Can one cabinet show gelato and pastry? +
Yes. Models such as Oneshow and Kaleido combine gelato and pastry display in one cabinet.
Do you install gelato cabinets outside Auckland? +
Yes. We deliver, install and service cabinets New Zealand-wide from our Auckland and Christchurch bases.
Can I finance a gelato display cabinet? +
