Rubicone Ready Yogurt is a complete powder for gelato with a yoghurt taste, also suitable for soft serve. Mix one bag with 3 L of milk for gelato, or 3.5 L of milk for soft serve.
Rubicone Ready Yogurt is made in Italy by Rubicone, crafting ingredients for gelato since 1959, and supplied locally by Majors Group.
