About the Fiji
Fiji is ISA’s small ventilated ice cream cabinet with a finned evaporator and automatic hot-gas defrost. It is 124 cm high and only 63 cm deep, so it fits where a full-size cabinet cannot.
It comes in 82, 121 and 135 cm widths holding 4, 6 or 7 pans, with a built-in TP condensing unit rated for climate class 7 and R290 natural refrigerant.
What makes the Fiji different
Small footprint, class 7 performance
Ventilated refrigeration with a finned evaporator and automatic hot-gas defrost. One-piece body with CO2-blown, HCFC- and HFC-free insulation and plastic-coated steel inside and out. A double level of 120 mm pans can be fitted. Tempered curved glass, rear pivoting methacrylate panel, LED-lit worktop and a built-in TP condensing unit rated for climate class 7 (35 °C, 75% RH). Epoxy-coated carbon steel frame on four swivel wheels.
