Spring is a premium soft serve concept from Carpigiani’s Soft Serve Consulting service, celebrating an intoxicating triumph of aromas and spring flavours.

The retail idea and target

Retail concept: a tea room in a Middle Eastern capital with a constant flow of visitors and expert staff.

Target: mainly women aged 25 to 60 with good spending power, enjoying their gelato inside the store.

Food design and styling

The soft serve takes its inspiration from the Centifolia rose, regarded as the perfect rose for its many petals and bright pink colour. Its form, elegance, colour and fragrance all come together in a flower often called the queen of flowers.

The swirl sphere nozzle recreates the shape of the flower, evoking its large, velvety petals.

The artisan rose and honey mixture sits on a crunchy wafer that recalls a woven wicker basket. The styling is elegant and captivating, and it suits tea rooms where friends meet for an afternoon chat or shoppers take a break. It can also draw families with girls and lovers of flowers and nature. The colour palette follows the product styling and can guide the decoration and customisation of the venue.
