Carpigiani took its latest gelato and soft serve technology to the National Restaurant Association Show at McCormick Place in Chicago, from 18 to 21 May 2019.
On the show floor
The stand was in the South Hall at Booth 4813. Carpigiani Gelato University instructors were on hand to demonstrate how to make Italian-style gelato and premium ice cream using Carpigiani machines.
