Carpigiani exhibited at Cafe Asia & International Coffee & Tea Industry Expo from 21 to 23 March 2019 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore, Hall B, booth C05.

Workshops and demonstrations

Carpigiani Gelato University ran gelato workshops and demonstrations, each ending with a tasting. Visitors saw the latest technology for opening a successful gelato business or adding gelato, and the profits that come with it, to an existing café.

The university’s Asia-Pacific partner, At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, took part too. At-Sunrice is an EduTrust-certified institution that trains global chefs and food and beverage professionals, and in 2015 it became the first Carpigiani Gelato University hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

The expo ran Thursday and Friday (trade only) from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday (trade and public) from 10am to 5pm.
