Rubicone Ready ACE is a complete, ready-to-use powder premix for ACE gelato, the popular orange, carrot and lemon flavour. Mix one bag with 2.5 L of water for gelato, or 3 L of water for soft serve.

Rubicone Ready ACE is made in Italy by Rubicone, crafting ingredients for gelato since 1959, and supplied locally by Majors Group.
