Visitors to the booth could look over the latest Carpigiani solutions, including the 191, the Synthesis 2 and the Dream by V-Air.

Demos and tastings

Live demonstrations were part of the program, and guests tasted strawberry and chocolate sorbet, plus vanilla-style Midwest custard topped with mini French toast crunch and a chocolate coating.
