Bring it to your business in New Zealand
You do not have to travel to Rimini to see where gelato technology is heading. Majors Group is the Carpigiani distributor for New Zealand, so our team can show you artisan gelato machines and the wider Carpigiani range, and arrange training through Carpigiani Gelato University. The specialisation courses mentioned above are a good example of what is available once your basics are in place.
