Carpigiani took part in MIG 2019, Longarone’s 60th International Gelato Exhibition, from 1 to 4 December 2019 (stands U33-37 and V9-13), showing its latest innovations and hosting a series of special events.

Events on the Carpigiani stand

• 1 December: the German team took over the booth to practise for the 2020 Gelato World Cup.
• 2 December: the “Gelato a Due” competition had chefs and gelato makers prepare savoury gelatos and plated gelato desserts.
• 3 December: the “Coppa d’oro” competition invited master gelato makers from around the world to show their skills.

New machines on show

Alongside its batch freezers and soft serve machines, Carpigiani presented ReadyChef, the countertop machine for both gelato and pastry, after its success at Host 2019. It also showed Ideauno, which makes fresh treats to order in front of customers.
