Carpigiani exhibited at the eighth edition of the Salón Gastronómico de Canarias, held in Tenerife from 23 to 25 May. It is the leading trade fair for gastronomy, hospitality and catering in the Canary Islands, where visitors can see the latest trends and products for bars, cafes, restaurants and hotels.
Demos and technology on the stand
On booths 347 to 350 at the Recinto Ferial de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, visitors could try Carpigiani’s latest technology for artisan gelato, pastry, soft serve and foodservice gelato. Pastry chef and Carpigiani Gelato University maestro Andrea De Bellis led themed culinary demonstrations through the show.
A Gelato Festival heat on opening day
The opening day, 23 May, also hosted the second Spanish leg of the Gelato Festival World Masters tour for 2022-2025. This world championship picks the best gelato makers from the five continents over a four-year journey that began in October 2022.
