Rubicone Blueberry is a concentrated paste that brings the taste of blueberry to gelato and sorbet. It is easy to dose into your base for a consistent fruit flavour. It is gluten free, lactose free, vegan, halal and kosher.

Rubicone Blueberry is made in Italy by Rubicone, crafting ingredients for gelato since 1959, and supplied locally by Majors Group.
