New Catering Equipment | Frozen Yoghurt
Whether you have just bought a Carpigiani machine or have had one for years, registering it gives you a reserved area with manuals, video tutorials, news and exclusive offers for your business. Here is how it works.
What you need
- A smartphone
- Your Carpigiani machine
- If the machine was installed in 2022, the installation code sent to you by email after installation
How to register, step by step
1. Scan the QR code. Point your phone camera at the QR code on the machine and tap the link that appears. It opens a reserved area with the manual, video tutorials and other useful sections you can come back to any time. If your machine has no QR code, you can register through the registration page on Carpigiani’s service portal and follow the instructions from step 4.

2. Start the registration. At the top of the page, tap the green “Register your machine” button.

3. Enter the installation code. Use the code you received by email after the technician installed your machine. If you cannot find it, choose “Continue without installation code”.

4. Fill in the machine details. The key fields are the serial number (SN) and the machine code, which fill in automatically when you arrive by scanning the QR code.

If they do not fill in, find them on the machine label under “S/N” and “Model”.

5. Add your details. Enter your personal details and those of your company.
6. Give your consent. The last step is the privacy policy. To hear about new webinars for your machine, refresher courses, invitations to trade fairs and events, new recipes and other useful content, tick all three boxes.

Press “Send”. Once the system checks and approves your request, your machine is registered.
