Alfredo José Marrero Páez won the Gelato Festival World Masters challenge in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with his chocolate flavour Origén cacao, and the top three advance to the 2024 Spanish Finals.

The Gelato Festival World Masters stopped at the GastroCanarias trade show in Tenerife, where Spanish gelato artisans competed for a place in the 2024 national finals.

Fatemah Ben Salamah took first place at the Kuwait challenge with Darabeel, a gelato inspired by a traditional Kuwaiti dessert. The top three advance to the 2025 Middle East Finals.
