New Catering Equipment | Frozen Yoghurt
Carpigiani Tech News is an online training portal covering Carpigiani technology and how to use it in gelato shops, pastry kitchens and foodservice. It offers live streaming courses, tutorials and a library of full video recordings in six languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German.
How it started
The portal launched on 22 January 2021 as a calendar of live courses on the most widely used batch freezer and pasteuriser programs. In its first three months it drew more than 2,000 participants worldwide across the first 40 courses. From 3 May 2021, recorded content, video tutorials and upcoming courses became free to access by registering on the Tech News website and activating a membership.
Three ways to learn
- Join online courses and ask the speakers questions.
- Follow the video lessons at your own pace.
- Watch short video tutorials for quick reminders on cleaning equipment and running basic programs.
Lessons are taught by Carpigiani Gelato University instructors and R&D technicians, so you learn directly from the people who know the machines best.
