Carpigiani has become a technical sponsor of ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine, which is based in the Reggia di Colorno near Parma.
Machines for the classroom
In May 2021, ALMA ran its first course dedicated to Contemporary Gelato, in collaboration with Compagnia Gelatieri. Students were given a Ready 20 30 and a Maestro HE to work with. The classrooms used for cooking courses also have a Freeze & Go.

About ALMA
ALMA is recognised internationally as a leading training centre for the Italian food, beverage and hospitality sectors. It trains cooks, pastry chefs, bakers, pizza chefs, gelato artisans, sommeliers, waiting staff and restaurant managers. The school sits in the Food Valley, in the Ducal Palace of Colorno, a few kilometres from Parma, which UNESCO named a Creative City of Gastronomy in 2015 in recognition of its protected-origin foods and culinary traditions.
