Carpigiani Gelato University opened a new campus in Moscow in May 2019, at the Carpigiani Russia headquarters.

The inaugural course

The campus was inaugurated with a 3-day introductory gelato course, held from 21 to 23 May and taught by senior instructor Luciano Ferrari. A second course was scheduled for September 2019.

A growing global network

With Moscow, the international school reached 14 campuses in 13 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Benelux, Germany, the UK and the USA, which has two campuses in North Carolina and Illinois.
