Making stick gelato

Choose your size

Full-size Stecco Flex for a main treat, Mini for kids and tastings, Mini Stick for bites and platters.

Fill and insert

Fill the mould with gelato or sorbet and insert the sticks.

Set and release

Blast freeze until firm, then flex the silicone to release the sticks cleanly.

Coat and decorate

Dip in stick coating and add nuts, crumble or sprinkles before it sets.

05

Display

Show the finished sticks on Espogel trays or pack them in Take Away Boxes.
