One range, a lot of ways to serve
Soft serve sells on consistency and on show. Carpigiani’s counter-top and twin-twist machines are built for both, and these four short films show them on the bench, with cups, toppings and a steady hand.
The first film uses a counter-top 191 for frozen yoghurt, with a table of cups and toppings beside it so each serve is finished on the spot. The second film is the 191 Classic, a single-flavour machine aimed at operators who want artisan-quality soft serve with easy operation and little maintenance.
Twist it, shape it
The 193 takes the idea further. It serves two flavours and a twist, so customers can pick each flavour on its own or both together, and more choice at the counter tends to mean more sales. Carpigiani’s soft serve models can also be fitted with a nozzle door, which lets you swap between shapes using the nozzle kit.
The last film is a quick tour of that kit: an 18-piece collection with a shape for every look, from the tornado to the star. If you are weighing up a machine for a cafe, a food service counter or a frozen yoghurt shop, our soft serve machines page compares the range, and our team can match a model to your volume and space.
