Pour and freeze: the V AIR Dream routine
Frozen coffee suits a busy counter because the work happens before the customer arrives. In this film from Carpigiani North America, a jug of creamy coffee base is stirred, poured into the V AIR Dream and left to freeze, then served over chocolate sauce in a jar glass. The pitch is simple: pour and freeze.
The V AIR Dream is a single-flavour machine with air cooling and an 18-litre bowl plus a 7-litre hopper, so one batch can serve a long run of drinks. Vertical ventilation and a propane refrigerant are there to improve performance and sustainability.

Built for a busy counter
A touch panel starts the programme, and the ring of lights around the bowl changes colour as the product freezes. The display warns ‘Do not serve’ until the drink is ready and then switches to ‘Ready!’, so staff know when to pour without guessing.
From there it is all presentation: a swirl of chocolate sauce inside the glass, the frozen coffee poured in, whipped cream on top, a chocolate drizzle and a cookie. If you run a cafe, a convenience site or a food service counter, our shake and frozen drink machines page shows what else the range can do, and our chefs can help with a custom base.
