How to use soft serve nozzles
Check your machine
The nozzle collection is made for Carpigiani STAR soft serve models. Send us your model and we will confirm the fit.
Pick a shape for your menu
Use a classic star for cones, a bold shape for sundaes and cups, and a distinctive nozzle for a signature product.
Match the consistency
Shapes hold best when the soft serve is set to the right consistency. Your machine’s controls let you adjust it.
Clean with the machine
Remove and wash nozzles with the dispensing parts at every clean, and keep spares so service never stops.

Which machines do Carpigiani nozzles fit? +
The Carpigiani Nozzles collection is designed for Carpigiani STAR soft serve machines. For other Carpigiani soft serve models, ask us about the Star Door.
Can I buy one nozzle instead of the full set? +
Yes. The nozzles can be bought individually, or as a boxed set of all 18 shapes.
How do I order spare parts for my soft serve machine? +
Send us your machine model and serial number through our enquiry form or call 0508 625 677. Our service department supplies genuine parts New Zealand-wide.
Do nozzles change how much soft serve I use? +
The nozzle mainly changes the shape and look of the serve. Portion size is still set by how long you pull the handle, so train staff to a standard serve.
