What is soft serve mix?
Soft serve mix, sometimes called soft serve mixture or soft ice cream mix, is the base you pour into a soft serve machine. Most of ours come as complete powders made up with water (or milk for a few flavours).
Will your soft serve mix work in my machine?
Yes. Our mix for soft serve ice cream runs in any soft serve machine on the market, whatever brand you already have, so you do not need to change equipment. If the machine needs its settings adjusted for a mix, our team will help you set it up. Call 0508 625 677 or send us an enquiry.
Is soft serve powder the same as soft serve ice cream mix?
Yes. Soft serve powder, soft serve powder mix, soft serve ice cream powder and soft ice cream powder all describe a complete powder that you make up with water (or milk for a few flavours) and pour into the machine. Soft serve ice cream mix, and ice cream mix for soft serve machines, mean the same thing.
Can I buy soft serve mix without buying a machine?
Yes. The mixes are sold on their own and are not tied to our machines, so you can order them whether or not we supplied your equipment.
Which mix should I choose?
Powders give a wide choice of flavours and dietary options and are made up on site with water or milk. If you are unsure, tell us your menu and volume and we will recommend one.
What is the difference between creamy and fruit soft serve mixes?
Creamy mixes are milk, chocolate, nut and dessert flavours. Fruit mixes are fruit-led, and several are vegan and lactose free.
Do you have vegan soft serve mixes?
Yes, including Strawberry Vegan, Banana Vegan, Black Hawaii Vegan and Vanilla Vegan. Check each product page for its suitability list.
Do you have high-protein soft serve?
Yes. The Hi-Pro high-protein mixes are vanilla, caramel, chocolate and Black Hawaii. Hi-Pro Chocolate is listed as also suitable for soft serve; call 0508 625 677 to match the others to your machine.
