Our moulds, display trays and take-away accessories are from Silikomart and are made in Italy.
What equipment do I need to use gelato moulds? +
You need a way to make gelato, such as a batch freezer, and a blast freezer to set the moulded product quickly. A display freezer or Pastry Cabinet then shows the finished product.
Can I display stick gelato on the counter? +
Yes. Silikomart Espogel display trays are made for displaying gelato on a stick.
