No mixing or weighing: open the carton and fill the machine hopper.

Specified for overrun of up to 120%, for a light texture and good yield from each litre.

How to use UHT soft serve mix
Chill before filling
For the fastest start, chill cartons before pouring them into the machine hopper.
Fill and freeze
Pour into the hopper and let the machine bring the mix to serving consistency.
Set your consistency
Adjust your machine’s consistency and overrun settings to suit cones, cups or sundaes.
Add flavour and toppings
Finish with toppings and sauces, or ripple sauces, to build a menu from one vanilla base.
Store opened mix cold
Once opened, treat it as fresh dairy: keep it refrigerated and use it promptly.
